My PhD Story

Hope Alive Foundation for Literacy is both the source and the result of my PHD project. The quest for literacy for all Nigerian pupils was the motivation for registering for the PHD and the PHD led to the establishment of the Foundation. Little wonder the PhD and the charity are like siamese twins.

I have been extremely blessed with the support of excellent supervisors and helpful family and friends. I am now in the third year of my PhD,working hard on refining my literature review and methodology chapters first, and hoping to wrap up the work at the end of the session. At the Foundation, we work tirelesssly for the attainment of literacy in Nigeria.

Supervisors

My research is under the able guidance of Dr Steve Walsh and Dr Pauline Dixon.
