Amino Acids Ontology Evaluation

In this session, I aim to compare the ability to read an ontology in two different formats. Format A (Word document) and Format B (OWL in Protégé) Furthermore, comparing the simplicity of each format by finding answers/errors in the ontology.

You will see two formats of the Amino acids ontology, your main task is to answer questions about each format of the ontology. In order to avoid bias, I created two paths of the experiment which both contain the same questions but in a different order. You will need to choose one path only.

General rules:

• Please spend a maximum 15 minutes each format.
• Your task is to answer questions about each document.
• I am sure you will try your best, but do not worry if you cannot answer all questions.
• If there is any part of these instructions that you do not understand, please contact me for help.
